Again in March we are focusing on inventory...the lack of inventory.    We were down 50% on active listings compared to 2018, and down almost 60% on the volume of new listings.  Buyer demand is definitely pent-up and well priced and prepared listings are selling in days.  Average days on market plunged compared to February as we cleared up Winter inventory.  And home values showed an even larger raise than last month up 15% over 2018 at $320,000.

It is still a strong seller's market in Piney Orchard.
